A couple months ago, my pierced nipple was squeezed hard. It became swollen, and when I messed with it, a milky liquid would excrete from my nipple. I left it alone for a while and returned to normal.
Then, a month ago, it was squeezed hard again. This time it has stayed swollen, is painful, and it wont subside. Again, a milky liquid is excreted from that nipple.
Ive had my piercings for 4 years, and wear comfortable 14 guage bars. I had the milky liquid come out whenever I squeezed my breasts below my nipple for about 3 years after they were pierced. I went to my dr to ask what the substance was, and all I was given was a hormone test that came back normal.
So, anyone have similiar experience with the milky liquid? Or with a nipple squeezed over a piercing and damaged? Im trying to avoid taking out the nipple piercing, as I REALLY dont want it to close, something Im concerned will happen if it heals with the piercing out)

Re: Swollen Nipple Piercing
Mon, February 7, 2005 - 11:31 AMI dont know. The dr who did the test was an OB/GYN, and didn't offer it as a suggestion. If i have been, its been for several years, and more so when there is an injury, which makes it seem doubtful. -

Re: Swollen Nipple Piercing
Tue, February 8, 2005 - 10:27 PMI have had mine pierced since I was 16 and started lactating when I was 17. I noticed it when I was pushing on my breast to get a better look at my piercing. The more I fuck with them and drain them, the more milk I produce. So I would guess that stimulation even if in the form of an injury could encourage it. Next time you see your Doc ask if that could be it. -

Tue, February 8, 2005 - 10:54 PMIt would make sense...it does seem the more I drain them the more they produce. My left one stopped producing when I stopped squeezing it Ill stop fucking with the right one for a while and see how it goes.

Re: Swollen Nipple Piercing
Tue, February 8, 2005 - 2:45 PMIt sounds like you are producing colostrum (the clearish/yellowish fluid produced by your breasts the first few days of breast-feeding). It's not unusual for a woman who hasn't had a child or lactated to produce colostrum. I did a fire cupping scene with a woman who has never lactated or had a child, after removing the fire cups she started leaking colostrum from both nipples. You shouldn't have anything to worry about unless the fluid turns a dark yellow color, at which point you should see a doctor. -
